I can't say that I've tested every adult sponsor on the web but I don't think I am too far off. Some of them have proven to be a complete waste of time, some have been amazing and some have been good enough to at least not make me feel like I wasted anything trying. I have compiled this list of Adult Sponsors that I have had a good experience with and added my all time conversion rate.
